ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,669,317, issued on June 30, was assigned to WORLITE INDUSTRY Co. LTD. (New Taipei City, Taiwan).

"Counterweight projectile" was invented by Jui-Fu Tseng (New Taipei City, Taiwan).
