ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,752,306, issued on Oct. 6, was assigned to WM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC (Houston).

"System and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste" was invented by Bob Torriere (Tyngsborough, Mass.).
