US Patent Issued to VERO BIOTECH on June 23 for "Nitric oxide therapies" (Florida Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,477, issued on June 23, was assigned to VERO BIOTECH INC. (Atlanta).

"Nitric oxide therapies" was invented by David H. Fine (Cocoa Beach, Fla.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for delivering nitric oxide therapy to a subject can include administering a composition including a nitric-oxide releasing agent and silica to the subject and releasing a therapeutic amount of nitric oxide from the composition."

The patent was filed on Jan. 24, 2024, under Application No. 18/421,265.
