US Patent Issued to UV Partners on July 14 for "System and method of disinfection" (Michigan Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,678,523, issued on July 14, was assigned to UV Partners Inc. (Holland, Mich.).

"System and method of disinfection" was invented by David W Baarman (Fennville, Mich.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method for a UV disinfection device configured to be disposed to direct UV energy through an exit interface toward a target surface of a device. The UV disinfection device may be configured for low-profile distribution of UV energy toward the target surface."
