ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,687,765, issued on July 21, was assigned to University of Rhode Island Board of Trustees (Kingston, R.I.).

"Pressure-tolerant underwater imaging systems" was invented by Breanna E. Motsenbocker (North Kingstown, R.I.) and Brennan T. Phillips (Wakefield, R.I.).
