ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,746,258, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to University of Pittsburgh-Of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education (Pittsburgh).

"Hydrogel systems for skeletal interfacial tissue regeneration applied to epiphyseal growth plate repair" was invented by Juan M. Taboas (Pittsburgh) and Jingming Chen (Pittsburgh).
