ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,562,400, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to University of Maryland, College Park (College Park, Md.).
"Aqueous hydrogel electrolyte systems with wide electrochemical stability window" was invented by Chunsheng Wang (Silver Spring, Md.) and Chongyin Yang (College Park, Md.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is directed to aqueous electrolytes that comprise at least one metal salt and at least one polymer.
