ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,743,559, issued on Sept. 22, was assigned to UNIVERSITY OF HERTFORDSHIRE HIGHER EDUCATION Corp. (Hatfield, Great Britain).
