"Substituted tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative as a D1 positive allosteric modulator" was invented by Claude Delatour (Brussels).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to compound according to formula (I) which is a positive allosteric modulator of D1 and accordingly of benefit as pharmaceutical agent for the treatment of diseases in which D1 receptors play a role."
