ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,680,008, issued on July 14, was assigned to TOYOTA JIDOSHA K.K. (Toyota, Japan).
"Coolant composition" was invented by Yasuaki Kodama (Seto, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A coolant composition includes a mineral oil or a synthetic oil and a surfactant, in which a conductivity of the coolant composition is lower than 0.1 MuS/cm, and the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant that is a fatty acid ester having a freezing point of lower than -15deg C. and having a cyclic structure."
The patent was filed on July 7, 2023, under Application No. 18/219,389.
