ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,643,961, issued on June 2, was assigned to TouGas Holding GmbH (Frankfurt am Main, Germany).
"Manufacturing method for inverse emulsion polymer" was invented by Fatima Dugonjic-Bilic (Offenbach, Germany) and Marita Neuber (Dreieich, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method to manufacture water soluble polymers in inverse (water-in-oil) emulsion with improved performance in oil recovery processes and their use in the treatment of subterranean reservoirs is disclosed."
