ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,747,202, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to TORAY INDUSTRIES Inc. (Tokyo).

"Photosensitive resin composition, cured film, electronic component, antenna element, semiconductor package, and compound" was invented by Masaya Jukei (Otsu, Japan), Hisashi Ogasawara (Otsu, Japan) and Hitoshi Araki (Otsu, Japan).
