ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,367, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AS REPRESENTED BY THE SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (Bethesda, Md.).
