ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,289, issued on June 23, was assigned to THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AS REPRESENTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (Washington).
