ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,621,133, issued on May 5, was assigned to The Research Foundation for The State University of New York (Albany, N.Y.) and University of Connecticut (Storrs, Conn.).

"System and method for quantum-secure microgrids" was invented by Peng Zhang (Storrs, Conn.), Zefan Tang (Stony Brook, N.Y.) and Walter Krawec (Storrs, Conn.).
