ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,643,980, issued on June 2, was assigned to The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore).

"Poly(Beta-amino ester)-co-polyethylene glycol (PEG-PBAE-PEG) polymers for gene and drug delivery" was invented by Jordan Green (Nottingham, Md.), Jayoung Kim (Baltimore) and Stephany Tzeng (Somerville, Mass.).
