ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,047, issued on June 23, was assigned to THE CLEVELAND CLINIC FOUNDATION (Cleveland) and THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (Washington).
