ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,589,873, issued on March 31, was assigned to THE BOEING COMPANY (Arlington, Va.).

"Radiant floor panels for cargo heating" was invented by Chay Philip Weaver (Seattle).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods, systems, and apparatuses for controlling climate in aircraft cargo compartments are disclosed, with aircraft cargo compartment floor panels configured to deliver heat and maintain selected temperatures in the floor panels in response to a determined phase of flight of an aircraft."
