ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,563,240, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to Thales Avionics Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"In-testing quality of experience of connectivity between aircraft and ground content servers" was invented by Arnaud Tonnerre (Rockledge, Fla.), Chet Thakar (Foothill Ranch, Calif.), Yann Nicolas (Melbourne, Fla.) and Haiyan Li (Melbourne, Fla.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A communication connectivity QoE testing device within a vehicle includes a network interface to communicate through a cabin network, a display device to display video to a passenger of the vehicle, a processor, and a memory storing code executed by the processor to perform operations...
