ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,643,825, issued on June 2, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).
"Dielectric composition and multilayer ceramic electronic device" was invented by Toshihiro Iguchi (Tokyo), Takeshi Shouji (Tokyo) and Kenichiro Masuda (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dielectric composition includes dielectric particles and segregation phases. The dielectric particles each include Ca and/or Sr. The segregation phases each include Mn, Si, O, and at least one selected from Ca and Sr."
The patent was filed on Nov. 29, 2022, under Application No. 18/070,860.
