ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,562,293, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).

"Dielectric composition and electronic component" was invented by Toshihiro Iguchi (Tokyo), Tetsuhiro Takahashi (Tokyo), Hiroki Akiba (Tokyo) and Ryota Nomura (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "In order to provide a dielectric composition having high relative permittivity at a wide range of temperatures, the main component of a dielectric composition includes strontium and tantalum."

The patent was filed on Dec. 21, 2021, under Application No. 17/557,824.
