ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,732,182, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
