US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on June 30 for "Three-dimensional one time programmable memory" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,670,959, issued on June 30, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Three-dimensional one time programmable memory" was invented by Meng-Sheng Chang (Chu-bei City, Taiwan), Chia-En Huang (Xinfeng Township, Taiwan), Yi-Ching Liu (Hsinchu City, Taiwan) and Yih Wang (Hsinchu City, Taiwan).
