US Patent Issued to SYSTIMMUNE on Oct. 27 for "Camptothecin drug and its antibody conjugate thereof" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 27 -- United States Patent no. 12,773,461, issued on Oct. 27, was assigned to SYSTIMMUNE INC. (Redmond, Wash.).

"Camptothecin drug and its antibody conjugate thereof" was invented by Yi Zhu (ChengDu, China), Weili Wan (ChengDu, China), Shi Zhuo (ChengDu, China), Wenfang Qin (ChengDu, China) and Yong Zhang (ChengDu, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application discloses a camptothecin drug and its antibody conjugate. Based on a comprehensive understanding of ADC drugs, the inventor designed a series of active anti-tumor exatecan-derivatives. The designed anti-tumor molecular compound showed good anti-tumor activity in the experiment."
