ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. PP37,433, issued on May 19, was assigned to Syngenta Crop Protection AG (Basel, Switzerland).

"Calibrachoa plant named 'CBRZ0057'" was invented by Baylee Miller (Gilroy, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new Calibrachoa plant named 'CBRZ0057' particularly distinguished by red-peach colored flowers with a red eye is early flowering, has a mounding and somewhat spreading plant habit, and is moderately vigorous."

The patent was filed on Nov. 19, 2024, under Application No. 18/831,331.
