ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. PP37,352, issued on March 31, was assigned to Syngenta Crop Protection AG (Basel, Switzerland).
"Chrysanthemum plant named 'CIFZ0115'" was invented by Mark A. Smith (Alva, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new garden type Chrysanthemum plant named 'CIFZ0115' particularly distinguished by its medium size plant with round plant habit, medium size decorative flowers with white flower color and a natural season response in mid to late October."
The patent was filed on Jan. 29, 2025, under Application No. 18/831,460.
