US Patent Issued to Swift Solar on March 17 for "Module layup for perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,581,789, issued on March 17, was assigned to Swift Solar Inc. (San Carlos, Calif.).

"Module layup for perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells" was invented by Tomas Leijtens (Redwood City, Calif.), Jiang Huang (San Jose, Calif.) and In Cheon Baik (Redwood City, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Solar cell modules and methods of fabrication are described.
