ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,606,794, issued on April 21, was assigned to SULTAN QABOOS UNIVERSITY (Al Khodh, Oman).

"Microbiological culture medium derived from dates and sea grass" was invented by Hamed Hamoud Abdullah Al-Nadabi (Muscat, Oman).
