ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,703,642, issued on Aug. 11, was assigned to STANLEY ELECTRIC Co. LTD. (Tokyo) and TOHOKU UNIVERSITY (Miyagi, Japan).
