ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,730,114, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to Stallergenes Greer International AG (Baar, Switzerland).
"Method for classifying an allergic patient as eligible to allergen immunotherapy" was invented by Giampiero De Luca (Geneva).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a method of improving global response to allergen desensitization, by allergen immunotherapy, which includes classifying allergic patients as eligible to allergen immunotherapy based on the patients' allergen-specific T cell reactivity against the allergen."
