"Chat-based user-generated content assistance" was invented by Yuanhan Chen (San Mateo, Calif.), Azita Refah (San Mateo, Calif.), Brittni Snoke (San Mateo, Calif.), Steven Osman (San Mateo, Calif.) and Jessica Chiang (San Mateo, Calif.).
