ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,664,534, issued on June 23, was assigned to Sonos Inc. (Goleta, Calif.).

"Automatic discovery and control of a remotely controllable system" was invented by Jonathan Lang (Santa Barbara, Calif.) and Deborah DuBois (Santa Barbara, Calif.).
