US Patent Issued to Solaredge Technologies on July 14 for "Multi-level inverter" (Israeli Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,683,516, issued on July 14, was assigned to Solaredge Technologies Ltd. (Herzeliya, Israel).

"Multi-level inverter" was invented by Ilan Yoscovich (Givatayim, Israel), Tzachi Glovinsky (Petah Tikva, Israel), Guy Sella (Bitan Aharon, Israel) and Yoav Galin (Raanana, Israel).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A multi-level inverter having one or more banks, each bank containing a plurality of low voltage MOSFET transistors. A processor configured to switch the plurality of low voltage MOSFET transistors in each bank to switch at multiple times during each cycle."
