ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,750,036, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Dispersive delay line with piezoelectric substrate and lamb wave propagation" was invented by Siarhei Dmitrievich Barsukou (Takarazuka, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Dispersive delay lines are disclosed. The dispersive delay line can include a piezoelectric substrate having a first interdigital transducer electrode on a first region of the piezoelectric substrate and a second interdigital transducer electrode on a second region of the piezoelectric substrate. The dispersive delay line is arranged such that a Lamb wave is configured to propagat...
