US Patent Issued to SEIKO EPSON on Sept. 8 for "Treatment liquid composition and ink set" (Japanese Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,317, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Japan).

"Treatment liquid composition and ink set" was invented by Hiroaki Maruyama (Shiojiri, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A treatment liquid composition which is applied to an area of a cloth in which a colorant-containing ink composition is printed contains cationic acrylic-based resin particles and resin particles having a cross-linkable group."
