US Patent Issued to SEIKO EPSON on April 21 for "Laser interferometer" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,607,869, issued on April 21, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Tokyo).

"Laser interferometer" was invented by Kohei Yamada (Shiojiri, Japan) and Takeshi Shimizu (Chino, Japan).
