ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,558,950, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia).

"Integrated internal combustion electric motor (ICEM) concept for hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicle application" was invented by Nayan Engineer (Canton, Mich.) and David Cleary (West Bloomfield, Mich.).
