"Compute-in-memory using neural networks stored in a non-volatile memory for predictive block health assessment of the non-volatile memory" was invented by Liang Li (Shanghai), Xuan Tian (Shanghai), Ming Wang (Shanghai) and Yan Li (Milpitas, Calif.).
