ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,665,006, issued on June 23, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Stop read go settings for low suspend latency applications" was invented by Jing Fu (Shanghai), Weikai Xu (San Jose, Calif.), Qianqian Li (Shanghai) and Sumner Xia (Shanghai).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Each Stop Read Go (SRG) setting has different latency and reliability issues. An aspect of the present disclosure is related to minimizing these reliability risks while maintaining the benefit of low suspend latency when implementing SRG."

The patent was filed on Aug. 7, 2023, under Application No. 18/230,832.
