US Patent Issued to Sandisk Technologies on April 21 for "Non-volatile memory with intelligent erase testing to avoid neighbor plane disturb" (Chinese, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,609,172, issued on April 21, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Non-volatile memory with intelligent erase testing to avoid neighbor plane disturb" was invented by Liang Li (Shanghai), Dandan Yi (Shanghai) and Dana Lee (Saratoga, Calif.).
