ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,672,533, issued on June 30, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. Ltd. (Suwon-Si, South Korea).

"Semiconductor device" was invented by Da Woon Choi (Suwon-si, South Korea), Bongkeun Kim (Suwon-si, South Korea) and Myung Soo Noh (Suwon-si, South Korea).
