US Patent Issued to Rustek Collective on March 31 for "Visor board for use with headgear brim" (Oregon Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,588,725, issued on March 31, was assigned to Rustek Collective LLC (Portland, Ore.).

"Visor board for use with headgear brim" was invented by Clayton Hume (Portland, Ore.) and Miles Hume (Portland, Ore.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A visor board for use in a headgear brim comprising a multilayer structure having a layer of cork and a layer of a strengthening material laminated to the layer of cork. Other material combinations for a visor board of a headgear brim are provided."

The patent was filed on Aug. 18, 2023, under Application No. 18/235,781.
