ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,738,664, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG (Munich).
"Antenna and antenna array" was invented by Corbett Rowell (Prien am Chiemsee, Germany) and Andreas Raith (Prackenbach, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An antenna array is provided. Said antenna array comprises at least two antennas with at least two reflectors. In this context, at least two adjacent reflectors of the at least two reflectors are connected with a double-tangential blended elliptical surface."
The patent was filed on Jan. 10, 2024, under Application No. 18/409,460.
