ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,699,338, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to RICOH COMPANY LTD. (Tokyo).

"Developer container, developing device, process cartridge, toner container, sub-hopper, and image forming apparatus which have multiple partitions disposed between a first housing and a second housing" was invented by Kazuki Matsumoto (Kanagawa, Japan) and Hiroshi Hosokawa (Kanagawa, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A developer container includes a first housing, a rotator drawing a first rotation trajectory in the first housing, a second housing, a developer conveyor in the second housing, and multiple partitions between the first housing and the second housing. ...
