ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,624,053, issued on May 12, was assigned to Revolution Medicines Inc. (Redwood City, Calif.).
"Ras inhibitors" was invented by Yang Liu (Foster City, Calif.) and James Cregg (Belmont, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The disclosure features macrocyclic compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions and protein complexes thereof, capable of inhibiting Ras proteins, and their uses in the treatment of cancers."
The patent was filed on Aug. 25, 2025, under Application No. 19/308,863.
