ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,559,750, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (San Diego).

"Methods and compositions for treatment of polycystic kidney disease" was invented by Denis Drygin (San Diego), Garth A. Kinberger (San Diego) and Edmund Chun Yu Lee (San Diego).
