ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,745,761, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).
"Non-human animals having humanized Fc-gamma receptors" was invented by Andrew J. Murphy (Croton-On-Hudson, N.Y.), Lynn Macdonald (Harrison, N.Y.), Cagan Gurer (Chappaqua, N.Y.), Karolina A. Meagher (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and Naxin Tu (Pleasantville, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Genetically modified mice and methods and compositions for making and using the same are provided, wherein the genetic modification comprises humanization of an FcGammaRI protein."
