"Biometric data sub-sampling during decentralized biometric authentication" was invented by Hua Yang (Millbrae, Calif.), Leonid Kontsevich (San Francisco), Kevin Horowitz (Sherman Oaks, Calif.) and Igor Lovyagin (Deerfield, Ill.).
