ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,747,222, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to Ramot at Tel-Aviv University Ltd. (Tel Aviv, Israel) and The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (Stanford, Calif.).
