ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,554,660, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Rambus Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"High capacity memory system with improved command-address and chip-select signaling mode" was invented by Frederick A. Ware (Los Altos Hills, Calif.), Abhijit Abhyankar (Sunnyvale, Calif.) and Suresh Rajan (San Jose, Calif.).
